REPAIRS
Our technicians are Apple-Certified for all repairs. We can handle your warranty repairs under the Apple Care Protection plan in house, so you don't have to ship your machine to California. We can also give you a quote on machines that are out of warranty. Diagnosis fees start at around $35, and are applied towards the repair if you decide for us to do the work. Our parts are shipped next day, so most jobs are completed in just a couple of days.
UPGRADES
We can upgrade your RAM or Hard Drive in house as well. We carry a variety system memory, and can get anything you need if we don't have it in stock. All system memory comes with a limited lifetime warranty, and our recommended Seagate drives come with a 5 year warranty (simply unheard of). Most upgrades can be picked up same day if what you need is in stock. Call ahead, and we can save you the trip by dropping it off when everything is ready to go, ensuring same day pickup (data migration may take longer).
DATA RECOVERY
Having trouble with your hard drive? Need to upgrade, and worried about losing your data? Data loss, in today's digital world, can be devastating... for personal or business machines. It is highly (we can not stress this enough) encouraged to do regular backups of your drive. Time Machine in OS X Leopard makes this easier than ever, but if you find yourself needing to recover data from a failing hard drive, we may be able to help. Data Recovery starts around $35 for first attempt, and $65 for second attempt. We use the best software for scanning drives, and generally have the ability to recover most data if the disk is still spinning. If you hear a clicking sound, or see a question mark on boot-up, you need to attempt data recovery as soon as possible.
